šŸ’³ Do I need to pay a deposit to book?

Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your session, and all payments are made securely via invoice. Your session is not confirmed until the deposit is received.


šŸ“… What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable.


Rescheduling: You may reschedule once per booking, based on availability.


Standard reschedule: $50 fee


Same-day reschedule: $100 fee


Reschedule requests must be submitted in writing (email or text).


ā° What if I’m running late?

A 15-minute grace period is allowed.


After 15 minutes, a $50 late fee will apply.


After 30 minutes, the session will be considered a no-show, and the session will end. Deposits are non-refundable, and a new booking will be required to reschedule.


šŸ’„ How should I arrive for my session?

Please arrive fully dressed with hair and makeup done, ready to begin your session.


If you need extra time for getting ready, this must be communicated and approved in advance.


If not pre-approved, delays will be treated as lateness and subject to late fees.


šŸ’° Do you offer refunds?

Deposits and payments are non-refundable. By booking, you agree not to initiate chargebacks. Any concerns or disputes must be addressed directly in writing.

Policies

To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking your session:


Booking

At the time of booking, a non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment date and time. Your session retainer can be made in the form of Debit/Credit Card, Cash, PayPal, or Apple Pay.


The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of your session, and all payments are made securely via invoice.


Sessions are not confirmed until the deposit is received.


Appointments made without a retainer may not be honored and are subject to cancellation. Payment of the retainer is required at the time of booking and has a 24-hour grace period. Retainers that are not paid within 24 hours of setting an appointment may not be honored and subjects the appointment to cancellation. Payment of the retainer acts as an agreement to all of the LVSWVY policies.  


Payment Policy:

Sessions must be paid in full prior to shoot date or immediately after the shoot via Debit/Credit Card, Cash, PayPal, or Apple Pay. Checks are not accepted.


Prices are subject to change per service agreement and additional services that may be provided on site. An additional $50 surcharge will be added on all sessions where client is beyond 15 minutes late. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lateness. Photographer reserves the right to cancel sessions if the client is more than 30 minutes late to their session or if they are more than half of the session time late. (1 hour late to a 2 hour session.)


Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

If you are unable to make your photo session all retainers will act as a cancellation fee. 48 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required in order to credit the deposit towards a future session.


Rescheduling fee must be paid prior to your shoot time. If you are unable to pay to reschedule before your session time begins your shoot will be counted as a no-show. In the event that you attempt to reschedule after your shoot start time; your deposit will act as a cancellation fee. To shoot you will required to book an entirely new session at the posted session price.


The photographer reserves the right to deny service to any client who repeatedly have a history of cancellations.


If LVSWVY cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the Photographer's illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the client, but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in mail or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event LVSWVY fails for any other reason, LVSWVY shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.


IMAGE POLICY:


Image proofs are returned to client 1-4 days after being taken. Images take 7-10/14 Business days (Monday-Friday) to be edited from the time of photo/audio selection, and are subject to extension depending on current volume of work and/or project size. Any copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, products, or other information (collectively, the "Work Product") developed in whole or in part by LVSWVY in connection with the Services will be the exclusive property of LVSWVY. Upon request, LVSWVY will execute all documents necessary to confirm or perfect the exclusive ownership of LVSWVY to the Work Product.


Two revisions are included with video edits. This includes any changes to video clips that you do not agree with. After your second revision there is an additional cost per revision. If you would like a different audio choice for your revision an additional fee will be applied.
